Nominate your favourite independently owned convenience store** to receive a Cadbury ‘thank you’ certificate for their services to shoppers and/or their community from one or more undisclosed shoppers. To nominate an independently owned convenience store, fill in the form and provide full store name and address details, street number, district, town, county and post code. Mondelez will use reasonable endeavours to identify the retailer via its retailer database and publicly available search facilities. Incomplete or inaccurate addresses may be deemed void at Mondelez’s sole discretion. No discussions will be entered into. Identifiable retailers will be sent a certificate within 50 days of the closing date. All identifiable and valid independently owned convenience store entries will go into an independently run random prize draw within 28 days of the closing date, one retailer will win £500 of Amazon vouchers. Any optional details shared via promotion entries regarding the reason for nomination may be used by Mondelez in future publicity in its complete or edited format.


Where an independently owned convenience store is nominated more than once, only one certificate will be issued per store and the store will go into the draw only once.
